After.com will cover the cost of correcting mistakes on death certificates for up to 12 months. This applies only to errors made by After.com's team to fields required for accuracy and usability, typically including the following: full name of the deceased, social security number, date of birth, date of death, spouse's name, and informant's name. This applies to as many certificates as you initially ordered.
Find what they left behind. Easily discover and secure all financial accounts and assets of your loved one. Our automated search tool finds all financial assets and brings them to you, so you don't have to chase paper trails. Most families find 100% of assets within a week after submitting their death certificates.
We will preserve your loved one's fingerprints, if available, either digitally or through ink collection. Please note that in some situations, fingerprint collection may not be possible. If we are able to collect them, the fingerprints will be made available to you once the cremation process and invoicing are complete.
