William (Billy) Reitz, of Broomfield, Colorado, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025. Born in the Bronx, New York and raised in New Jersey, Billy later made his home in Colorado, where he spent many meaningful years. Billy had a deep love for cooking and found joy in preparing meals for himself and those he cared about. He was also a true movie lover, enjoying films of all kinds and never passing up a good story on screen and was a talented photographer. After the passing of his beloved wife, Jody, a few years ago, Billy lived a quieter life, keeping mostly to himself. Through it all, his loyal dog, Darla, remained his constant companion and a great source of comfort and love. Billy’s love for Jody never faded, and their bond remained close in his heart. Those who knew Billy will remember him for his devotion to the ones he loved, and the simple pleasures that brought him happiness. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
