The story of
Celebration of Life for Virginia “Ginny” Stout It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Virginia “Ginny” Zimmer Stout, who left us unexpectedly on the 9th day of November, 2025, related to a brief illness. Born on January 22, 1961, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to George and Laetitia Zimmer, Ginny filled every room with laughter and warmth. A graduate of Roncalli High School’s Class of 1979, Ginny was known for her fun- loving spirit. Her enthusiasm and outgoing personality carried her through many careers — from a hairstylist and caterer to an award-winning Realtor with RE/MAX. She recently retired from culinary services in Las Vegas school system in 2024, and was much loved by the children and staff at her school. She met and married the love of her life, Lynn Stout, in 2009, and together they shared countless adventures. Whether exploring new destinations, cruising, or taking spontaneous road trips, Ginny embraced every moment with enthusiasm and joy. She loved spending time with family and friends, quilting, and sharing her creative talents at local craft shows. Ginny’s laughter, kindness, and adventurous heart left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Lynn Stout; his children Kelly Stout and Kristin Stout, grandchildren Ruby Stout and Stella Stout; her sisters Laetitia Zimmerman (Harold), Elizabeth Eash (Erwin), and Catherine McNulty (Michael); 8 nieces and nephews; and extended family.
