Viola lived a full life and died peacefully at home.   She was preceded in death by her husband Benito Murrietta, her parents, five sisters, and four brothers. She lived her last years of life with her daughter Bridgette Eller.   Her life was filled with the joy of her children, grandchildren, great-grandkids, and her siblings. She was a beautiful assertive woman who left a legacy of strength and wisdom.   She will be missed greatly. She leaves behind four children: Nancy Tyler, her husband John, their children Chrystelle and Eileen (grandkids; MJ, Tyler, Malia & Noah)   Gloria Munoz, her husband Joe, their children Katrina and Natalie (grandkids; Marisela, Isabella & Tristan)   Daniel Murrietta, wife Julie, their children Celena and Daniel Jr (grandkids; Danielle, Eliza, Elena, Piper, Asher, Blaze, Gage, Cash, Misha, Lennon, Luna, Taylor, Alonzo & Millie (great grandkids; Diesel, Axel, Enzo, Midas & Zain).   Bridgette Eller, husband Mike, their children Marlena and Allison (grandkids; Payton & Raylyn).   Also leaves behind her brother Fermin Torres, sisters Ruth Duarte and Ruby Valdez.   Celebration of life Friday, May 12, 2023, with 10:30 AM, Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Parish (1244 S Power Road, Mesa Az 85206) with luncheon to follow on-site at Church Hall
