Todd was born 11/22/1970 to Carl and Sandra Portzline. Todd spent his younger years making the wrong choices in life, but for the last 15 years he has tried to make up for them. He overcame many challenges including drug addiction and several legal issues. He worked hard everyday to support his wife and daughter. Not only did he financially provide, but was emotionally supportive as well. Both his daughter and wife will forever be grateful he came into their lives and they will miss him very much. He passed away 04/08/2024 due to CHF complications. The family has chosen to have a private service.
