The story of Tina
Tina Michelle McKenzie was born in Mesa, Arizona on July 28th, 1972 to Michael and stepmom Elaine White. She passed away on December 31st, 2022. She is survived by her Parents Michael and Stepmom Elaine White and Her Daughters Stevie (Joseph) Young and Jessica (Adam) McKenzie. Her Son Sajon White. Her Brothers David, Joseph (Crystal), and Michael (Sarah). She has many nieces and nephews, Aunts and Uncles, and Cousins who miss her. She was estranged from her biological mother Dena Pierce. She also has many many friends who were more like family to her than friends. She was preceded in death by the love of her life Frankie. They are now reunited and at peace together now. These are the people that kept her afloat. She lived her life across Arizona and Colorado. She made an adventure wherever she went. She had a love for Cats, Unicorns, Doctor Who, Supernatural, and Minions. She had an incredible thirst for knowledge. She loved books, trivia, and music. She would have stayed in college to absorb knowledge her entire life if she could have. We will forever appreciate her ability to quote and remember random books and movies at any given time. We will all miss her dearly but are happy to know she is no longer in pain. She can breathe easy now and we can hold that dear to our hearts for comfort. We will be doing a potluck-style Celebration of life for family and friends at Skyline Park in Mesa, Arizona on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 from 12 pm to 2 pm for those who would like to come and share a memory, a word, or a hug.
