Timothy Bowne, a proud U.S. Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, surrounded by family. He was born on May 28, 1959, in Pleasant Valley, New York, and lived a life defined by loyalty, adventure, and deep love for his family. Tim is survived by his devoted wife, Christine Bowne; his daughter, Cheryl Bowne; and his sons, Daniel Bowne and Jeremy Bowne. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces, Amanda, Kristen, and Kayla. Tim was a cherished grandfather to Shannon, Nicholaus, Yasmine, Jaime, Vanessa, Danny, Aiden, Michael, Joey, Shannon, and Ella, each of whom held a special place in his heart. He was also a proud great-grandfather to three great-grandchildren who brought him immeasurable joy and pride. He is preceded in death by his sister, Susan, with whom he is now reunited. A man with a true passion for life and adventure, Tim found happiness in old muscle cars, motorcycles, camping, cooking, good food, and time spent in nature. Above all else, he loved being surrounded by friends and family. His warmth, humor, and larger-than-life personality filled every room he entered and left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Tim faced a long and difficult journey with Alzheimer’s disease and Lupus, and he endured multiple strokes with extraordinary strength and resilience. In his final years, when he lost his physical independence, he was lovingly cared for by his daughter Cheryl and his grandsons Nicholaus, Michael, and Joey. Their unwavering devotion ensured he was surrounded by comfort, dignity, and love until the very end. Tim was deeply loved, and his passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family. Though they are devastated by his loss, they are forever grateful for the laughter, stories, adventures, and memories they shared with him. His legacy of strength, loyalty, and an unyielding love for life will live on through all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.
