Tim was born on October 1, 1968, to Leon Pummel and Judith Westley (McDowell), in St. Joseph, MO. Tim is survived by his Mother, Judith Westley of Lakewood, CO; Father, Leon Pummel, and Stepmother, Gayle Pummel of Mammoth Spring, AR; Sister, Angela Knighton of Arvada, CO; Half-Brother Mark Westley of Lakewood, CO; Step-Brother, David-Jon Lawrence of Rushville, MO; Nieces and Nephews: Hannah and Adam (Angela); Michael, Tristan, Brandon, Kayden, and Shiloh (Mark); Orion (David-Jon). Tim was preceded in death by Half-Brother, Marion Keith, and Stepfather, Richard Westley. A memorial service will be held in St. Joseph, MO in the summer of 2023. Details TBA.
