Thomas Ware Prosser was born on May 7, 1960, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was raised in Denver, Colorado by his adoptive parents, John Martin Prosser and Judith Adams Prosser. Tom died alone in his home in Denver, his death being recorded on November 7, 2023, his 63 ½ birthday. Tom received his undergraduate degree from Colorado College in Political Science. He earned his Masters in International Relations from George Washington University. After earning his Masters Tom remained in DC working for the Commerce Department in International Trade. Tom loved to travel at any opportunity, taking several trips to Europe, Japan, and an ultimate adventure trip around the world. He was an outstanding photographer, avid fisherman, sports fanatic and motorcycle enthusiast. He loved soccer and passed this love onto his son, coaching his teams in his younger years and supporting him as he became an excellent player himself. Tom is survived by his son, Cameron Prosser, siblings Anne Prosser & Ned Prosser, and step-siblings Timothy Tait & Anya Prosser.
