Thomas Lee Waldrip December 21, 1943 – October 18, 2025 Thomas Lee Waldrip, 81, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born on December 21, 1943, in Phoenix, Arizona to Floyd and Evelyn (Fitzgerald) Waldrip. Tom attended high school and college before proudly serving in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Rhona “Ronnie” Snyder; two sons; two daughters; four grandchildren; two bonus daughters; four bonus grandchildren; one sister; two brothers; and many nieces and nephews. Tom believed there was no stepfamily—only family. A highly regarded lifelong musician, Tom, played the drums from a very young age in numerous bands. He became a beloved music teacher in his later years. Tom loved sharing his passion, talent, and joy for music with his family, friends, and students. His kindness and humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The family extends heartfelt thanks to Pure Essence Family Living and Bliss Hospice for their kindness and support.
