Tom was a kind and gentle man with a rare ability to create lifelong friendships. His curiosity and creativity shaped the way he lived, always urging others to dream bigger and never ceasing to grow himself.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, to Thomas and Veronica, Tom grew up with his sister Sara and lifelong best friend Al Trudeau, who was like a brother to him.
Tom was an exceptional student, intrigued by the sciences. He served in the U.S. Army before earning his degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his life, he followed many paths—repairman, campground owner, state employee, real estate agent, and elementary school crossing guard—always finding ways to contribute, create, and connect with others.
He will be remembered for his quiet strength, warm laugh, and genuine curiosity. Above all, Tom was devoted to his family. He is survived by his children Teresa, Chrissy, and TJ, their spouses, eight grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Tom passed away on November 4th, at the age of 84. His spirit of kindness, wonder, and love will live on in all who knew him.
