Teresa Ann Loescher passed away on July 11, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 78. Born on June 30, 1947, in Denver, Colorado, Teresa's life spanned decades of change and challenge, each chapter leaving its own mark. She is remembered by her daughters, Deborah Hembree (Billy) and Brenda Whittington (John); her grandchildren Tyler Hembree (Ariel), Jace Whittington, Megan Whittington, Emma Whittington, and Owen Whittington; and her great-grandchildren Lilly Hembree, Kayden Hembree, and Tuff Whittington. Teresa was preceded in death by her son Marshall Allen Hembree, her brother Thomas McManaman, her sister Cheryl Rudd and her mother Mary Jane Cox. Throughout her life, Teresa faced many personal challenges. Like many people, she experienced complexities that shaped her relationships. While those relationships were not always easy, her passing marks the close of a long journey—one that now offers space for reflection and acceptance. A private service will be held by the family.
