Tavis Jermaine White was born Dec 5, 1978, in Camden Arkansas to Constance White and Jackie Ray Neal. Tavis was called home Nov 17, 2023 in Phoenix Az. There to greet him are his grandparents Jethro and Hazel White. Tavis's happy place was his collection of pets, which consist of birds, snakes, a dragon lizard and a cat. Tavis is survived by his mother and stepfather Constance and Phillip Winbush, sister Jacqulyn, his cousin Ashley and a host of loving relatives, including his two nephews Gabriel and Jeremy Henderson.
