Sierra "Doc" Fomai, 44, passed away on February 2, 2026. Born on December 11 , 1981, Doc lived a life marked by purpose and compassion. He was the beloved husband of Portia Fomai and son of Etelini Lepue and the late Fomai Aukuso. He is also remembered by his siblings Vee Lepue, Siaopo Lepue, and Lulu Lepue. He was preceded in death by his brother Deleo Fomai.
