The story of
Samuel Milne July 16, 1965 – December 2, 2025 Sam Milne, born July 16, 1965, was called home on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. He was welcomed by his parents, John and Jessie Milne, and his sister, Doreen. Left to carry on his legacy are his devoted wife, Fran, and his beloved sons, Sam Jr. and John. He is also survived by his brother, Daniel, and sisters, Diane, Linda, and Joanne, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Known for his generous heart and wonderful sense of humor, Sam was a kind and humble man with brilliant blue eyes and a dazzling smile. He fiercely loved his family and friends and touched the lives of many through both his work and his friendships. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. After 42 years in the swimming pool construction industry, Sam had begun planning his retirement, looking forward to spending more time with the family he loved so deeply. It was Sam’s heartfelt wish to be cremated and for his ashes to be scattered at the serene lake where he had always dreamed of creating cherished memories with his loved ones—a final act of love and friendship that brings peace and solace to all who mourn his passing. A celebration of life will be held in his honor at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at: Ontario Elks Lodge #1419 1150 W. 4th Street Ontario, California 91762 A joyous tribute to a life well lived.
