Robin Elaine Andrews, 67, of Rosenberg, TX passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Born on October 22, 1958, in Tacoma, WA to Joel Cleon Shanks and Joyce Lanell Shanks. Robin lived a life filled with love, faith and devotion.  She was truly a selfless woman who generously shared her time and love with everyone around her.  She showed up for those dear to her no matter how busy life became.  She made it a priority to attend family gatherings, celebrations and special events believing that every moment spent together was precious. Robin was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Billy Royce of 46 years. Robin cherished every waking moment spent beside her “man.”  Together they found freedom and joy while on their many travel adventures. Their promise to one another was a sacred and unshakeable one – to remain steadfast through the very best and the most difficult chapters of life. They walked through life hand in hand, never letting go.  Their love is one for the ages. Robin was a woman of unwavering faith, placing God at the center of her life.  With God by her side, she built everything she held dear.  She loved her family deeply, especially her children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter, including her dear niece, Megan Crouch. She poured herself into them with unconditional love. She treasured her relationship with all her family and friends. She made sure each one of them knew without question how deeply and completely loved they were. Robin was preceded in death by her father Joel Cleon Shanks, mother Joyce Lanell Shanks and husband Billy Royce.  She is survived by her children Jennifer Leigh, Matthew Travis and wife Carmel and Christopher Douglas and wife Jessica; grandchildren Shelby Scarlett, Savannah Morgan, Seth Michael, Deegan Kyle, Dylan Cash, Isabella Rose and Giselle Grace; great granddaughter Serafina Marie; siblings Richard Cleon Shanks and wife Michel, Randy Shanks and wife Chryl, two nieces Chrystal Castaneda and Kate Milam and husband Jacob, and nephew Randy Shanks Jr. and wife Jennifer, and six great nieces and nephews. Robin gave herself without condition or reservation, always placing the needs and happiness of others first.  It was simple to see who she was – a woman whose first instinct was to love, to give and to lift those around her. She was an amazing person, woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, great aunt and friend. She leaves a legacy in the lives that she touched and her love and warmth will live in the hearts of those fortunate enough to call her their own.  Robin is home now, resting in God’s arms and reunited with her lifetime love, Billy Royce.
