The story of
Robert Cavasos April 15, 1974 – May 31, 2026 Robert Cavasos was born on April 15, 1974, in Sunnyside, Washington, and grew up to become a man whose life was marked by deep faith, boundless love, and unwavering devotion to his family. He passed away on May 31, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, leaving behind a legacy that will be carried in the hearts of all who knew him. Robert had a passion for life that was evident in everything he did. Above all, he was a devoted servant of God, and that faith was the foundation of his family. He poured his heart into raising his children to know and love the Lord — a gift he gave them that will endure long beyond his years. He is survived by his beloved wife, Rhema Cavasos, and their three children, Isabella, Zephaniah, and Robbie, as well as his daughters Makayla and Sarah. He is also lovingly survived by his mother, Theresa Stone; his father, Robert Cavasos Sr.; his brothers, Jacob Cavasos, Antonio Matthews, and Jarrell Matthews; his sister, Desiree Matthews; and his cherished nieces and nephews, Josiah, Elijah, Alexis, Killian, Marcus, Andrew, Jessie, and Anthony. Robert touched the lives of many, and his family and countless friends will deeply feel his absence. He was the kind of man who made the world around him brighter, and he will be greatly loved and greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 11th at 1:30 PM at: Freedom River Outreach 106 S 28th St, Tacoma, WA 98402 "Well done, good and faithful servant."
