September 24, 1981-April 4, 2024 Rick a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend was known for being a journeyman Pipe fitter he was a Proud a member of the Arizona Pipe Traders Union Local 469 and friend and supporter of The Arizona Cultural Center. Rick was survived by his mother Chona Bills brothers James, Andrew and Gregory and proceeded in death by his sister Elizabeth Bills Dallas Celebration of Life to be held April 27, 2024 at 5419 S. 5th St. Phoenix Arizona 85040 starting at 10:00am
