Raymond was called home on Saturday September 2, 2023. Ray had been in Home Hospice for two weeks after several Hospitalizations weeks prior. There to meet him were his Mother and Brother. Ray is survived by his wife, Phyllis, son Stephen Williams (Veronica), Daughter Laurie Ann Smith (nee Williams) (Michael). Granddaughter's Amanda Joy Williams and Sabrina Davis Bolger (Brandon) and his great grandson Gunner Gray Bolger. Ray's desire was for cremation. His ashes will be scattered at three of his special beaches on the West Coast. Celebration of Life Services have not been scheduled at this time.
