She was 35 years old. Paulina was a beloved mother, partner, daughter, sister, family member, friend, and coworker. Above everything else, Paulina's greatest love was her daughter, Pandora. Being Pandora's mom was one of the most important parts of her life. The love they shared was immeasurable, and Paulina's presence will continue to live on through Pandora and the countless memories they created together. Paulina also shared her life with her longtime partner, Chris, who remained by her side throughout her journey. Together, they built a family centered around their love for Pandora. Even throughout her illness, Paulina showed incredible strength. She endured more than most people could imagine, yet she continued to fight and remained unmistakably herself. Her family will forever remember not only the difficult moments but also the laughter, inside jokes, ordinary days, and countless stories that made a life with Paulina so special. Paulina wanted those who loved her to come together after she was gone, but she was very clear that she didn't want a big party because, as she put it, "I won't be there." That comment captured so much of who she was—straightforward, funny, and still able to make those around her smile even while facing something incredibly difficult.
