Paul Robert Hoenecke, born March 5, 1961, passed peacefully in his sleep on October 23, 2026. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, his step-son Joseph, and his son Jacob. Born to parents Robert and Lynn in Muskegon, Michigan, he was the first of five children (Bruce, Todd, Sherry, and Jeff.) He moved to Milwaukee and spent the majority of his life in the Milwaukee area. Known as an individual that people could rely on, he would always be willing to help someone out, even a complete stranger. An avid gardener and traveler, he enjoyed spending his time outdoors. His favorite place he traveled was to Japan. Paul will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, a doting father, and a generous and kind friend to all who knew him. At his request, Paul is being cremated. No services will be held, however a gathering in his memory is being planned at a future date. Any donations should be sent to his church, St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
