Mildred Juanita Merritt went home to be with our Lord and Savior on January 25th, 2023, at her home in Sun City, AZ at the age of 81. She was born to Joe and Mae Young on October 26, 1941, in Smyrna, Tennessee. Juanita led a full life enjoying her family and friends. She moved to AZ in January 2020 where she lived with her daughter and son-in-law, she converted to Catholicism shortly after. She loved her Parish and Prayed the Rosary daily. She was a widow of 2 husbands, she had 10 siblings, 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild. Her service will be at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church 9728 W. Palmeras Dr. Saturday February 25, 2023, at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Vincent De Paul in her honor.
