Mercedes (Sadie) was born on October 26, 1996 to Daniel R. Carlisle and Duanna L Conway-Johnson. She suddenly passed on April 22, 2024. Sadie is survived by her three beautiful children Nyla Ford, Imani Ford and Reggie Ford Jr. Sadie was a spirit of youth, happiness and full of life. Her passing has affected her family, friends and any and everyone she has met. Her carefree spirit will continue thru her three wonderful minis with the same love for life. A memorial service will be conducted in her hometown of Ashland, Ky at Christ Temple Church as her final resting place. Please continue to keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
