Melvin Watts Jr. was a son, older brother, and friend. He was a man that did not fail to see the best in people. He walked through life with a kind, caring, and compassionate spirit. He never failed to make a friend or give assistance to someone in need. He was the "change" in the world that Ghandi spoke of. He was too good for this world.
