Mark Douglas Cameron, age 70, passed away on November 22, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, surrounded by family.
Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Mark moved to the United States at the age of 19 to pursue his education and career. He attended both the University of Tulsa and the University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Science degree and later an MBA. Mark spent the majority of his career with American Airlines, Cigna, and Universal Health Services, building a distinguished career and forging lifelong friendships. He led teams and departments with the same integrity and drive that defined his life.
A lifelong advocate of health and fitness, Mark maintained a rigorous daily exercise routine and believed firmly in discipline, consistency, and personal accountability. He loved golf, fishing, talking sports, and traveling with his beloved wife, Mickey. He was especially proud of his daughters, Kimberly and Kelsey, and built a treasured relationship with his mother-in-law, Dionicia Rivera. He possessed a wry, unmistakable sense of humor — capable of sharing both the good and difficult moments in a way that made others laugh.
Mark is survived by his wife, Mickey Garcia; his father, Jack Cameron; his brother, Sandy Cameron; his sisters, Pam Bennett and Stephanie Clark; and his daughters, Kimberly Cameron and Kelsey Thomas.
He will be remembered for his drive, his wit, and his unwavering commitment to living each day with purpose. His strength and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, hug your loved ones.
