Lonn K. Braaten, 67, of Milwaukie, Oregon, passed away on June 3, 2026. Lonn was born on November 6, 1958, in Portland, Oregon, to Floyd and Georgia Braaten, who preceded him in death. He attended Grant High School in Portland. Throughout his life, Lonn worked in a variety of fields, including warehouse and industrial work, as well as patient transport. He enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and living life on his own terms. Toward the end of his life, Lonn reflected on his past, expressed regret for the many mistakes he had made, and sought forgiveness. He is survived by his children from his first marriage, Edward Braaten and daughter-in-law Cecilia Braaten, along with grandchildren Tristan, Seth, and Zachary, and a daughter and spouse; and his children from his second marriage, Asher Flynn and Mattie Braaten. He is also survived by his sisters, Lynn, Laurie, and Marlina (David), as well as several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held by the family.
