The story of Kathleen
Kathleen Susan (Miller) Dikoff, age 73, was called Home Thursday, February 17, 2022. Kathy was born to William John Miller and Violet Anne Miller on July 7, 1948 in Michigan. Kathy was a 1966 Frank Cody High School graduate. She lived and worked in Fergus Falls, Minnesota for a number of years and then went on to train as truck driver where she met Kenneth "Dean" Dikoff Jr. They wed in Gillette, Wyoming on June 14, 1984. They moved to Phoenix, Arizona and in 1993 they welcomed daughter Kriste Anne to the family. Kathy loved fishing, boating, camping and horseback riding (including her own horse, Czar). Kathy enjoyed spending a lot of her time on the lake with her family and having back patio grill outs with friends. She employed her talent and creativity for many crafting projects and computer graphic design. Kathy was a office manager for various construction companies and also was a devoted full-time caregiver for her mother for a number of years. She retired in 2009. She moved with daughter Kriste and son-in-law Josh Taase to Aberdeen, South Dakota from in 2013 to 2019 before returning to Arizona in late 2019 Kathy was welcomed into heaven by her late husband, Kenneth Dean Jr. who passed away in 2011, and by parents Violet and Bill who she missed deeply. Kathy is survived by daughter Kriste Anne Taase and Kriste's husband Josh Taase, brother Michael Miller, his wife Gale and his two daughters. A virtual service in the following weeks. At a later date close family and friends will be spreading Kathy's ashes and her husband Dean's ashes at Lake Powell.
