Joel E Graham passed away peacefully on July 17th 2023 in Phoenix Arizona. Joel was an accomplished navy veteran and also a golden gloves boxer. Joel is survived by his son Joel M Graham and granddaughters Grace E Graham and Destiny S Ruiz Graham.
