Though his life was marked by a long and difficult struggle with substance abuse, those who knew Jeremy knew him first and foremost for his heart of gold — a warmth and generosity that never left him, even in his hardest seasons. Jeremy was a devoted father to his sons, Alex and Jayden, and his daughter, Jasmine. He is also survived by his sister, Crystal, his mother, Shannon, and his father, Frank. Addiction is a disease that too often overshadows the person living with it, but Jeremy was so much more than his struggle.
