The story of
Jeffery Anthony Winters, born April 18, 1964 unexpectedly passed away on November 3, 2023 at age of 59, in Mesa, Arizona at the Banner Heart Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Jeff was a kind and giving soul who will be remembered fondly and missed deeply. He was always one who would give you his last dollar. He was a the life of the party making everyone laugh. He was a funny guy who always worried how everyone else was and always wanted to make sure you never needed anything and if you did he made sure you got it. His favorite past time was taking friends and family to the casino "on him". The casinos are going to loose money after us loosing him! He always loved reminiscing about good friends, good drinks and good times. Jeff is now reunited with his Dad, Edward, Mom Carmen and brother Steve and all the other Winters/ Morales/Leuze clan. What a party that must have been when he arrived. Jeff is survived by his fiance, Cindi Baker, her daughter Ashley Cooley, "Baby Cakes" his pup, his sister Kellie Winters/Denos and husband Jason, brother Brad Winters and wife Betzy, and brother Scott Winters and 9 nephews and two nieces. Jeff will be missed in this lifetime. His loved ones do have faith in a greater plan than the current heartache and sadness they are facing with the sudden loss. See you on the other side brother .... He has been respectfully creamated by the kind coordination of After Services.
