On Saturday, July 27, 2024, Jeanne Lore Rising, loving mother, grandmother, passed away at age sixty-seven, while holding her granddaughter’s hand. Jeanne was best known for her quick-witted humor, fierce determination, and generous spirit. She is survived by her son, Joseph Rising, and her granddaughter Stacy Rising-Leach (Dalton), and 3 lovely great grand kids. She is preceded in death by her youngest son William Rising, who met his mom with open arms.
