The story of
Hunter Martin Bateman was born in Santa Cruz California November 18, 1987. He was in Fost-Adopt for 2 years until his birth mother passed and was adopted by Dave and Marsha Bateman of Mount Hermon, CA. After 5 years there the family moved to Fresno Ca. Graduating in 2005 he moved to Los Angeles to be with his love Erin who was attending Biola College. As their marriage ended he continued to property manage at a large apartment complex in LA. After employment with Amazon Groceries he traveled then came home to move to a Hotel manager position in Honolulu. There he developed symptoms of bipolar disorder and after a year there he moved back to LA 2025. Struggling to look for work he found a job in San Luis Obispo, Ca but couldn't face it. The day he was to start April 30, 2025 he drove to LA to end his life jumping from a friends apartment in downtown LA. His family Dave and brother Jeff and wife Meg and Dave' sisters Sue Andrew and Katie Mc Niel, Cecy family in Frenso were shocked but not suprised as we were learning about bipolar disorder.
