The story of Gregory
Gregory George Dusseaux, 63, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 17, 2022. Greg passed away in his sleep at his home in Tempe, Arizona. Greg suffered a stroke two years prior and continued to have health complications until his death. Greg was born on January 28, 1959, in Summit, New Jersey. Greg attended Red Bank Regional High School in New Jersey and Gould Academy in Maine, class of 1977. He is a graduate of Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ College of Business Administration, BS Financial/Real Estate, and ASU West Graduate School, Glendale, AZ Teacher Certification. Greg was a Renaissance Man whose career covered being CEO of his own Pool Business, a Real Estate Appraiser, a Prototype Development Technician at General Motors Desert Proving Ground, and a Police Officer Reserve with the City of Phoenix and the City of Mesa. He also was a Jr. High School teacher in mathematics, a Security Officer, and a Financial Advisor at USAA and Bank of America. Greg’s other interests included cooking, motorcycles, and all things mechanical and automotive. He has attended Grace Community Church in Tempe, AZ since 1977, and during that time shared his musical talent in the choir and various worship classes with the Career Life Group. Greg loved singing and everyone loved his amazing bass voice. He was on staff at Camp Grace in Lakeside, AZ for both summer and winter sessions. Greg is preceded in death by his father, Walter Dusseaux. He is survived by his mother Helene (Gerry) Melnick of Naples, Florida, sister Kim Nielsen, of Buckeye, Arizona, and nephews Nathan (Mia) Waite, Skylar Nielsen, Jensen Nielsen, and niece Grace Nielsen of Arizona. Sandy Dusseaux of Phoenix, Arizona, Brenda Dusseaux (ex-wife) of Phoenix, Arizona, and Beth Arjes Parker (girlfriend) of Tempe, Arizona.
