Glenn Silburn 87 of Golden, CO passed away on December 29, 2023 after Fiercely Fighting lung cancer for over a year. Glenn was born on March 21, 1936 to Marguerite Middaugh & Russell Silburn in Buffalo, Wyoming. He is preceded in death by his wife Ramona and survived by his loving wife Eloise. Glenn was a beloved father of Lorrie (Bobby) Robert (Marti), Vince (Kate), Mark (Sue), & JoEllen, as well as a cherished Grandfather and Great-grandfather. Although he was born in Buffalo, WY Glenn chose to make his home in Golden, CO for over 50 years. Glenn was well known in Golden for his Amazing Carpentry skills. He and his sons built numerous homes in the Golden area. He also had many long-term employees who looked up to him, and Appreciated his knowledge & mentorship. His skills were so desired that he was contracted to build custom homes in both Aspen & Nantucket. Glenn made numerous friends through his work and leisure activities. He cherished both his family and friends. He will be Greatly missed by those who had the opportunity to know him & love him. Glenn did not want any formal services; a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
