Frances Irene Queen Whitt-Scott beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother 95 years old, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Sun Lakes AZ. Born in 1926 in McCaysville GA, married in Louisville KY, and then moved to a suburb of Chicago where she made her home and raised her family. She will be remembered for her love of family, preparing meals, especially biscuits and gravy and welcoming everyone into her home. Her family legacy includes: 2 sons, James Whitt (Deborah), Harold Whitt (Pamela), 1 step-son Randy Scott (Maria), and 3 daughters, Sheila Moore Doherty (James), Beverly Whitt & Diana McClelland (Jed), 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Her presence in our family will be forever missed. She will be laid to rest at Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park in Willow Springs IL. We will plan a celebration of life service in Downers Grove IL later this summer.
