Dusty Martin Evans, 38 Dusty was born September 2, 1983 in Phoenix, Arizona. Dusty passed away suddenly on May 22, 2022. Dusty loved his hometown Phoenix, Arizona and was a devoted Arizona Cardinals fan. Dusty attended Shadow Mountain High School 99-00, where he played football. Dusty brought a smile to every face around him with his great sense of humor. Dusty will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Dusty is preceded in death by his Father, William Evans Sr. and his Mother, Elizabeth May Evans. Dusty is survived by his love; Debbie Wells. His brothers; William Evans Jr., Mark Evans, and Jeffrey Evans. His sister;Jeannie Evans-Webb and many extended family members who loved him dearly.
