Donald Ray Oliver, age 73, of Maricopa, Arizona, passed away on August 4, 2025, of natural causes. He was born on September 29, 1951, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Donald is survived by his adult children, Avery D. Xola and Cicely Oliver-Wagner, as well as several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Florine Oliver; his sister, Freda Chaban; his son, Lovey Ray Oliver; and his former spouse, Albertha Banks. Donald was a good old-fashioned country boy at heart, remembered for his strength, down-to-earth spirit, and love of family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
