Diana Lee (Mills) Rutchow passed away on April 26, 2023. She is survived by Sons Tom (Helen), Terry, and Todd and daughter-in-law Amy, 6 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Henry Wayne Rutschow; parents, Neva Carlyle Pheils & Vern Mills; brother, Fred Mills; sister, Alice Mills Arostegui; and son, Tim Scherzer. There will be no public service for her.
