The story of
On Tuesday evening, 20th of May 2025, Denis Edward Rich left us to be with the Lord. Denis was born to Dexter and Ruth Rich on the 5th of April 1952 in Morrisville, Vermont. The youngest of 4 children he is survived by his oldest sister Charlene, preceded in death by his parents Dexter and Ruth, brother Philip, nephew Philip and sister Mariette. Denis is also survived by first wife Susan and their daughter Stacey (her husband Robert and their two daughters), his second wife Laureen and stepson Eric (his wife Kelly and their three children), brother in law Ron, sister in law Anita, and many nieces and nephews. Denis' life primarily revolved around his family, his friends and automobiles. Denis was always passionate about automobiles. He grew up in his father’s garage, towing and repairing vehicles in the families repair shop on Rt. 12 outside of Morrisville. He always exhibited a good understanding of all things mechanical, skillfully repairing, fabricating and customizing vehicles. Denis worked for many dealerships and repair shops in Vermont and Arizona, operating his own repair shops Chief Wrench Auto, Scenic Highway Garage, and Dr Auto Repair. Cremation services are provide by After.com, and a Celebration of Life will be held June 7th, 4pm at Denis and Laureen's home in Marana, AZ.
