Debra "Debbie" Lee Telles, aged 69, passed away on August 28, 2025, in Glendale, Arizona. She was born on May 7, 1956, to Eugene Jerome “Jay” Kenneally and Norma Jean Sigler Kenneally. She was brought into this world at an Air Force Base Hospital in Fuerstenfeldbruck, Germany, where her beloved father was stationed. The family returned to the United States in 1958, and for some time, her family lived at Holoman AFB near Alamogordo, New Mexico. As a small child, she aspired to be a country singer, loved fishing with her dad, as well as her fond memories with her grandparents (Sigler/Kenneally). Her high school years were spent in Abilene, Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona, where she graduated from West High School in 1974. Debbie dedicated her professional life to her career in social services and geriatrics, helping the most vulnerable populations in Arizona. Her greatest achievement in life was being a loving and kind mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Her unwavering love, empathy, and compassion for all people and animals did not go unnoticed.
