David C. Bayley (1940–2026) David C. Bayley was born on January 24, 1940, at Burlington Hospital to Grace and Ralph Bayley. He passed away surrounded by family on May 12,2026 David was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean Bayley, almost 65 years. They had two children Joy Zuerner and Todd Bayley (wife Shelly Bayley); four grandchildren are Anna Dyszelski, Amy Tucker, Jennifer Janczak, and Melissa Pust. eight great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. David worked at RTE–ASEA in Waukesha, WI for 35 years. Known as a great handyman, he loved helping others and served on many boards throughout his life. David and Jean traveled in their RV and in 2006 retired to Yuma, AZ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in his honor. A Celebration of life will be held in his honor at 1:00 PM on July 26th, 2026, at the United Methodist church hall in Caldwell WI.
