Dan Brittain, 81, passed away on April 19, 2023, in Scottsdale, AZ. Dan was Born May 17, 1941, in Morganton NC to Finley Albert and Tena Webb Brittain. Dan worked as a Teamster truck driver for over 30 years, first with Carolina Freight in Cherryville and the last 26 years in Florida with ABF. He and Edna retired to back Morganton before moving to Arizona in 2017. Dan loved gospel bluegrass music and playing a favorite mandolin, guitar, or fiddle from his collection. He had a strong faith in Christ and the promises of the Bible; his faith was evident to everyone he met. Survivors include his wife Edna Lail Brittain, his daughter Katrina Brittain Denham, son-in-law Eric Denham, granddaughter Elizabeth Denham Minkner, and grandson Joshua Denham. A “Celebration of Life” for family and friends was held Sunday, April 30th at the home of Eric and Katrina Denham in Scottsdale Arizona.
