Cynthia, (Cindi) Harris was born September 07, 1949 in Pennsylvania to parents unknown. She was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Harris whom eventually relocated to West Covina, California where she attended grade school then went to West Covina High School where she graduated. It was there that she met her current husband Donald Messler where they got engaged while he was in the service during the Vietnam engagement, upon his return they separated and Cindi went on to work for a few companies before settling in the Edison School district. She became a school bus driver, cafeteria worker and teachers aid. She loved kids and being involved with the school. Cindi got reacquainted with Donald Messler on Classmates dot com in 2009-2010 when both were going through divorces. It started with lunches, and such until Cindi decided to move to Beaumont, California to be with Don in January of 2011. She volunteered at the Calimesa senior center where everyone loved her, she also helped out at a local motorcycle accessory shop as Don did a lot of work there and also rode motorcycles which Cindi got to a point that she'd rather be on the bike then in the car. Cindi and Don moved and bought a home in Buckeye, Arizona in 2017 and became friends with lots of neighbors as she loved to walk the subdivision daily. Cindi is survived by two daughters in California and her loving husband who was by her side until her passing on Christmas morning. Comments from neighbors and friends were all the same, Cindi was one of the most considerate, outgoing, unselfish giving person that most had ever met. She always had a smile on her face.
