Chelsey Ray Balderston-Marquez was born on September 5th, 1991, and unexpectedly passed away on Monday, September 11th, 2023. She was surrounded by loving family and friends. Gone too soon at the age of 32, Chelsey is survived by her parents Creig and Sheila Young. Her brother Zachary Young. Three beautiful daughters; Kristina, Briana, and Delila Marquez. Also, many family members and friends. Rest in peace dear Chelsey. Your memory will forever be cherished in our hearts. A celebration of life will be held September 29th, 2023.
