Billy Royce Andrews, 76 years, of Rosenberg, TX, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 29, 2026. Born on October 23, 1949, in Latexo, TX, to John Douglas Andrews and Georgia Marie Ginsel-Andrews. Bill, left the world as he lived in it – surrounded by love and definitely with a joke on the tip of his tongue. He had a gift for finding humor in every instance of life. He was witty and his laughter was contagious. Bill never missed a chance to make the people around him smile. He was very kind and generous. Always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it – no questions asked. Bill was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Robin Elaine, of 46 years. They shared countless memories and adventures. He was easy to share a life with and together they cruised open roads across the country and chased endless adventures on motorcycle rides. Not only did they enjoy life together, but they also treasured special moments spent with family and friends. Bill cherished every moment spent by Robin’s side and their love was a constant source of joy to all who witnessed it. Bill, also affectionately known as, Billy Royce (when Robin was trying to get his attention), pawpaw, pop, dad, was a family man through and through. He poured his heart into the people he loved and his presence at gatherings was always endearing. He valued every moment spent with his children, grandchildren, and great grand-daughter – who was a bright light in his last days. Including his niece, Megan Crouch, who held a special place in his heart as did many of his nieces and nephews. Bill had a big heart for children, and loving held them on his knee and told stories to make them smile. Bill was preceded in death by his father John Douglas Andrews, mother Georgia Marie Ginsel-Andrews; sister Mattie Corinne Vest, brother John Douglas Andrews Jr., and half sister Minnie and Louise. He is survived by his loving wife Robin Elaine; children Jennfer Leigh, Matthew Traivs and wife Carmel, and Christopher Douglas and wife Jessica; grandchildren Shelby Scarlet, Savannah Morgan, Seth Michael, Isabella Rose, Giselle Grace, Deegan Kyle and Dylan Cash; great grand-daughter Serfina Marie – who was a bright light in his last days; siblings Willie Marie and husband Jimmy, Donald Ray, Betty Lou and husband Jeff, Patsy Ann husband Bill, and Ronda Joyce. Step-sister Stella.
