Betsy Fletcher was born August 10, 1951 in Montreal Canada. Betsy and her mother moved to Los Angeles in 1964 and went to school at Hollywood high and lived in West Hollywood. After high school Betsy became a secretary at many different companies over her early career and landed a good job at Wellpoint Blue Cross in Southern California, where she was an event planner and enjoyed that job immensely. Betsy married Dave Fowler in 1991. David has two kids. Dawn and Jacob. Betsy was the stepmother and enjoyed them just as much as if they were her own. Betsy and I also had a foster daughter Cheyanne. She was born in 1998. We welcomed Cheyanne to our household in when she’s was 9. In 2021 Betsy joined the WNC women’s club where she made many friends and had great experiences with them. Betsy is survived by her husband, David stepdaughter Dawn stepson Jacob foster daughter Cheyanne.
